My approach to Sex & Relationship Coaching

The world of sex, relationships, and dating is muddy and full of assumptions, moral judgement, and negative past experiences. I help my clients make sense of their world and build a framework that fits their values and desires. I like to offer my clients clarity, tools, and support to navigate intimacy differently.

• • I focus on building Connection Skills such as intuiton, boundaries, trust, and vulnerability.
  • I invite the full spectrum of sexual experiences into our work: fantasies, desires, kinks, and experiences of harm (both suffering and causing).
  • I particularly work well with those navigating non-monogamy, queer/trans identities, and kink/BDSM.
